We receive many requests for marquee weddings and naturally, we are always delighted to oblige. After all, marquees look so beautiful at Plumber Manor, one the loveliest wedding venues in Dorset. However, there are the following conditions:
We ask that you take all the bedrooms for Friday and Saturday nights. If you do not need all the rooms for Friday we will try and let them for you, but any rooms not let on either night will be charged for.
There is a £1,500 charge for exclusive use of the hotel.
Below is the breakdown of the current room charges (all our tariffs are inclusive of VAT).
Please note there are no further ‘extra’ charges.
Main Hotel 2 small doubles @ £140/night
2 standard doubles/twins @ £175/night
2 superior doubles/twins @ £210/night
Courtyard 10 superior doubles/twins @ £210/night
We can give you names of preferred marquee suppliers and hirers of cutlery, china, glass, etc., and we leave the choice up to you. We can also recommend florists and a cake lady.
We can take up to 130 guests for a sit down dinner.
Our 2012 dinner tariff is £45/person for three courses plus canapés and coffee and mints.
We can supply wines, but we do allow corkage. Our 2012 charge for corkage is:
Wine £10 per bottle
Champagne or equivalent £15 per bottle
